Gail Fry brings extensive experience in mental health counseling and a deep commitment to making mental health care accessible to all. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with specialized training in Cognitive Dialectical Behavior Therapy, she understands both the clinical and practical challenges facing individuals seeking mental health support.

Her vision for Restore Joy stems from years of witnessing the devastating impact of financial barriers on mental health treatment. Under her leadership, Restore Joy has built a comprehensive approach to removing these barriers through direct services, education, and community partnerships.

Jonathan D. Cadwell serves as a vital member of Restore Joy's Board of Directors. As a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor with dual master's degrees, he brings both clinical expertise and leadership experience to the organization.
